COVID-19:

Pandemic left the whole world in gloom. It is rightfully said that health is wealth. When the worldwide population fell prey to Covid-19, education, corporate jobs, businesses everything experienced a long lingering pause. All businesses faced a huge loss. For several months, workplaces were closed leaving people in a hand to mouth situation. To stay healthy and alive, people were asked to remain in their houses as official lockdowns were imposed. This worsened the situation in all sectors.


Pandemic in Pakistan:

Corona gradually crept into Pakistan in the month of March and peeked in the months of June and July. The sudden peek affected masses and the increase in death ratio left everyone in a shock. However, the country was still fortunate enough to have not faced huge outbreaks like India, USA, UK and Brazil.

The business sectors got heavily influenced because of the widespread of COVID. Be it clothing industry or food joints, each category had its fair share of monetary loss except for one field. One business that continued to work and prosper is Real Estate.


Real Estate during Epidemic:

Real Estate is a popular business that involves buying and selling of land or properties that can either be residential or commercial. During the tough time of epidemic, real estate matters were still growing at a great pace through:

  2. Corporate property offices

  3. Online portals


Marketing Agencies:

A real estate marketing agency incorporates real estate agents and marketing professionals who work on the notion of strategizing and implementing plans that will elevate the ratio of sales and performance results. A marketing agency involves several teams who work according to their positions in the company.

On the basis of demand and value of a certain estate project and unit, real estate specialists estimate the chances of success and encourage people to invest for high returns.

During pandemic marketing agencies kept functioning by dividing their work in two methods. People, who could work from home, were asked to get their tasks done online. The staff that was required to work from the office was asked to maintain social distance within the workplace.

A corporate property office works with only one or two individuals who are known as property dealers. Property dealers keep a check on marketing trends and estate options that are available for sale and rent.

Property dealers usually deal with units that are on sale or rent and engage clients who are interested. This business kept running even during the peak of COVID as the staff is small and keeping social distance is not a problem.

Lahore and Islamabad have some of the best real estate investment options that yield high returns, which are listed below:


Online Portals:

Online real estate portals and platforms can be accessed through their official websites and applications. Famous apps like OLX and Zameen.com kept their customers and clients engaged with on time posting. Realtors put up ads on these applications and deal with interested clients who approach them through messages or calls.

This is how real estate not only remained functional but also kept excelling even during crucial and arduous times. So if you are thinking of making a career choice, you should definitely opt for this field as it will last with you through thick and thin.
